Kailash Manasarovar Yatra cost rise 20%, Package now near INR 3 Lakh

The cost of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra has increased by about 20%, with packages now nearing ₹3 lakh per person. The rise is due to higher airfare, accommodation, food, and transportation costs, along with global geopolitical factors.

Tour operators have also added extra charges, including around $150 per person on the China side and increased costs for overland and helicopter routes via Nepal. Despite the price hike, demand for the pilgrimage remains strong, especially after the yatra resumed following a five-year gap.
